I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the positive side, the location was strategic and close to the Jakarta Night Festival, which was a highlight for me. The staff, especially Dewingga at the front desk, was courteous and genuinely helpful. However, the room left much to be desired; it was not only small but also had cleanliness issues, and the noisy bed really affected my sleep. With the bathroom needing a serious refresh, I felt the overall comfort was lacking.
